Working principle:

High power RF laser with triaxial dynamic large format galvanometer marking technology, at the denim surface specific location process specific pattern. Laser process effective width: 900mm*900mm

Working process:

This system adopt belt conveying method, the process divide into three stations:

  1. Loading station with projector: operator place the processed garment on the belt conveyor of the outline range cast by projector, tread pedal switch, system start and conveying;
  2. Triaxial dynamic galvanometer process station: after feeding finished, system automatic start processing according to the request, after finish process, waiting for the loading completed signal;
  3. Unloading station: the belt conveyor send the completed process material out of process station, and drop-in the workbin at the unloading station.
