Product use range
The product is used for sizing and shrink-proof finishing of pure cotton, blended cotton and chemical fiber cylindrical knitted fabrics.
Product characteristics
Special materials for the machine ring blanket supporting special parts, with excellent wear and heat resistance. Use non-condensing water beads, stainless steel and easy to operate the steam box, steam volume can be adjusted, automatic opening.
The inner part of the drying cylinder is half filled with organic heat carrier (heat transfer oil) , which is heated by an electric heating tube, and then the heat is transmitted evenly to the surface of the drying cylinder.
When the fabrics pass through the blanket and dryer, produce ironing calendering effect.
The blanket is equipped with an automatic deviation correction mechanism. Variable frequency speed regulation, according to the proportion of individual speed adjustment differential effect, improve the effect of precompression and compression. The machine is blowing cooling, fabric size stable, and a precision folding mechanism, but also can roll folding cloth.
