This machine is five (seven) layer imported”Teflon” mesh belt conveyor, drying path is long with high output.
The nozzle adopts advanced German technology and unique air-jet design, which truly realizes multi-direction and multi-layer three-dimensional blowing cloth in different positions, wave movement in the cloth area, and produces the best pre-shrinking drying effect, the recoverability is about 7% .
A feeding and overfeeding device is provided.
A new type of heat exchanger with aluminum-steel composite finned tube, high temperature rising and high efficiency.
The main machine adopts PLC control, mechanical speed adpots frequency conversion speed regulation, simple operation, easy maintenance.
Independently designed fabric in-and-out mechanism, oven modular design, to achieve optimal layout.
